FEES: All Tests = $35. GAIG/USDF Qualifying Fee = $10/class, USEF Fee per horse =
$12 (D&M fee = $7, USEF fee = $5), USEF non-member fee = $20/rider, owner, trainer,
USEF Discipline fee for non-members and if not stated on USEF card = $5 (juniors
exempt), USDF non-member fee $20/rider, owner. Stabling = $35 for one night (limited
stalls available) or $10/horse/day haul-in. Extra shavings = $8/bag. No tack stalls
available. Office Fee = $35 per entry ($20 refundable with perfect entry including
all documentation, fees & signatures).
PERFECT ENTRY AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS: Entry blank must be filled out complete
and include release signatures for rider (parent must sign for riders under 18),
owner, trainer (adult responsible for the horse while on the grounds), coach (if
applicable), birthday for juniors and young riders, parent/guardian signature (if
rider is under 18 years of age), and emergency contact information (this should be
someone not traveling with you). Foreign citizens without USEF membership must include
proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own Federation.
Copies of current USEF membership must be included for Rider, Owner, Trainer (and
Horse if entering qualifying classes) or pay $20 non-member fee and $5 discipline
fee (juniors exempt from discipline fee). Trainer must be over 18 years of age and
is the person responsible for the horse while on the grounds. Coach is the person
giving riding instruction or any person other than owner or rider who mounts the
horse for any reason. Parents who sign as Trainer are exempt from USEF membership
requirement. Card must state “dressage”, “platinum” “eventing” or “all disciplines”
or pay $5 discipline fee. Cards for riders entering Adult Amateur classes must declare
“Amateur”, or include $30 Amateur non-member declaration fee and form, or enter as
“Open”. Copies of current USDF membership must be included for Rider and Owner (participating
or business memberships required for qualifying) or pay $20 USDF non-member fee,
and USDF life-time registration (required for qualifying classes) or HID# for Horse
or pay registration fee. Entries to Intro are exempt from membership requirements.

details on entry requirements. If you do not have the necessary membership, you may
apply at the show. Contact secretary if you need assistance. Include copy of current
(within 1 year) Negative Coggins (original must accompany horse when traveling and
be available for inspection upon request. Include all fees for: classes ($35 each),
office ($35--$20 refundable with perfect entry received by closing date), USEF ($12),
USEF/USDF non-member/discipline fees and new registrations, qualifying fees, stabling
or haul-in and extra bedding. (Separate check for each entry appreciated but not
required). Make check payable to CEDAR WIND FARM. Entries must be in secretary’s
hand by closing date. Entries will be accepted in order received. Entry acknowledgements
will be listed at www.sp4horses.com/cwfaccepted.html as entries are processed. If
entry is incomplete, secretary will notify competitor by email. Please include an
email address or legible telephone number on entry. If available ride time fills
prior to closing date, subsequent entries will be placed on a waiting list. Entries
not accepted will be returned in full after the show.
FREESTYLE REQUIREMENTS: Submit proof of eligible score per USEF Rule DR 128.9 with
entry. Provide tape or CD to management for sound check before 7:30 AM on Saturday.
Sound checks will take place before the show or during lunch.
RETURN CHECK POLICY: Void entry and incur a $35 office fee. After Closing Date: 50%
with vet or physician’s letter in case of illness or injury to horse or rider only.
No refunds for cancellation due to of Acts of God.
NO GUEST (NON-COMPETING) HORSES.
TIES: Will be broken per current USEF rules.
